The first time wash ok but this day I get 2 washes in a roll cus I never get the service witch a pay for… I guess it was on purpose, cus I check others cars and I saw different thing may they think I will get the wash and I will live right away. No tire shine But the guys on charge making excuses to refuse the service. I pay for single wash.

The other day, I went to get my car washed and I had a really amazing experience. I was greeted by Andrew, who was very friendly and very helpful. Did not make me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing and just make sure I had a spotless car. My car looked amazing after the wash, which was not that time-consuming and I will definitely be going there again and again because of the friendly employees

I love this car wash since Dash took over. It runs so much more smoothly and plenty of staff on hand, if you need help. Today, Andrew assisted me in updating my billing payments. He made it very easy and it was quick. Andrew has great customer service skills! Very nice and friendly guy. This car wash is very clean and fast to get in and out, if you want.

Simple and consistent. Never a line (morning), good mgmt -- just transferred a package to a new car and it was completed within a few minutes. Absolutely no issues with this company at this location

Stopped by for a quick wash today and had a great experience. The car wash was fast, efficient, and my vehicle came out looking spotless. Andrew was especially helpful—he greeted me when I arrived, answered my questions, and made sure I got the right wash package without any pressure. It’s nice to see an employee who genuinely cares about customer service. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this express car wash to anyone looking for a quality wash and friendly service. Thanks, Andrew!

I had a great experience here thanks to Kelyl. He was very patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. After I went through the wash, he followed up to make sure I wasnt in need of further assistance. I really appreciated this, I did need further assistance. Overall, just a genuinely kind and professional interaction — it’s refreshing to be treated with that level of humanity and respect. Highly appreciated, 10/10!!

First time here and it turned into quite an adventure — my dog locked herself in the car with the keys during the wash. Howard and Jon were absolute lifesavers. They were friendly, quick to help, and incredibly reassuring. Customer service like that deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
